Manuel Delaflor is a critical thinker with a profound dedication to philosophy, science, and human nature. His career began with six impactful years collaborating with Jacobo Grinberg at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), contributing to pioneering research, including the "Transferred Potential" experiments. His journey continued in both the Philosophical Investigations Institute and the Cognitive Sciences Group, deepening his understanding of cognition and neuroscience. Manuel explores cognition and consciousness while collaborating on AI initiatives with Clemson University’s Human-AI Empowerment Lab. His latest endeavor is a book on "Model Dependent Ontology," a framework aimed at refining our understanding of the world. Though based in England, Manuel’s research and creative contributions continue to span Mexico, the USA, and beyond.

Carlos Toxtli - USA

Assistant Professor in the College of Engineering, Computing, and Applied Sciences at Clemson University. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University in Boston. He is the director of the Human-AI Empowerment Lab. His research applies Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence to design tools that can help people achieve their goals. His research has won awards at top conferences and received international media coverage. Over his career, Carlos has conducted research within multiple organizations such as Amazon Twitch, Microsoft Research, and Snap Inc. Prior to Clemson, Carlos worked at international organizations such as Google and United Nations and founded four companies from which one was acquired by an international brand. Carlos is also a tech evangelist who has delivered more than a hundred talks worldwide.

Ines Urdaneta - MEXICO FRANCE

Researcher - Theoretical Physics

Inés Urdaneta holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Chemistry from Simón Bolívar University (Caracas, Venezuela) and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Paris-Sud. With over 20 years of research in physics, she has numerous publications in light-matter interactions at atomic, molecular, and nanoscale/solid-state levels. Inés has been involved in research projects in France, the U.S., Mexico, and Venezuela on a wide range of topics.

Currently, as a permanent member of the International Space Federation research team led by Nassim Haramein, she focuses on developing physico-chemical models within the framework of the generalized holographic model and unified field theory, based on quantum vacuum fluctuations, alongside quantum information processes and their connections to black holes and protoconsciousness. Inés is also a co-founding adjunct of the Hypatia Research Institute Mexico, a research center dedicated to the study of complex systems and consciousness, where she collaborates with Psychologist José Luis Bueno, a former student of Dr. Jacobo Grinberg.

Victor Ramirez - ARGENTINA

Researcher - Neuroscience and Psychology

Victor Ramirez is an experienced researcher who began his career at UNAM, working under prominent figures like Dr. Jacobo Grinberg. He developed expertise in EEG, evoked potentials, and behavioral analysis, and his pioneering work on immune response conditioning earned the national Dr. Jorge Rosenkranz Award. Victor completed his postdoctoral studies at the University of Arizona, where he applied molecular and immunohistology methods to study neuron activity. Later, he established the Neural Plasticity and Cognition Lab at UNAM and co-developed a master’s program in Neurometabolism at the Autonomous University of Querétaro. Currently, Victor is an independent researcher with CONICET in Córdoba, Argentina, focusing on an integrated model of human well-being.
